According to released from captivity of terrorists, in a cellar of the building of SBU of the city of Severodonetsk, at the time of its deduction, there were about 15 people among whom there were police officers and prosecutor's offices of the city of Rubezhnoye.
- As all were with injuries, very strong beating. At me there was a fellow from Rubezhny, to it cut off an ear half. There was a militia lieutenant colonel, to him the soldering iron into an ear was thrust…And also from the lieutenant colonel I learned that at him the colleague sits, but it on top, in a cellar it didn't lower–the major, to him shot a knee, - he reported.
Lnrovtsa asked the captured cities on law enforcement officers of regional submission of the Luhansk region.

- Beat until I didn't faint. But then the same captured told that beat until one of so invited militants bent on me a bat. Then they thought that I or pretend to be, I don't give any vital signs.
