The party leader of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky expressed satisfaction to that the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Russia began check of legality of recognition of independence of the republics of Baltic by the State Council of the USSR in 1991.
So, Zhirinovsky reminded that the Constitution of the USSR didn't provide disintegration of the state. The referendum could only be the only lawful procedure. Therefore, according to his statement, all that occurred on December 8, 1991–illegally.
In addition he welcomed accumulation by Russia of the military power using the advanced scientific development:
"New rockets, the laser weapon, magnetic, natural, weather are necessary."
Zhirinovsky declared that the Russian flag will be over Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn.
Moreover, he specified that all territory of the former federal republics–it is a zone of national interests of Russia. Everything who is–there invaders.
"Any Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian armies shouldn't be, especially Ukrainian. Everywhere there will be one army–Russian",—the party leader of LDPR declared
