Today, on March 2, the Head of the department of GAI the general - the militia major Sergey Kolomiyets presented the new chief of UGAI of the Nikolaev area in Nikolaev.
The militia colonel Vasily Viktorovich Kovalenko is appointed to a position of the chief of UGAI in the Nikolaev area. Before this appointment it held a position of the deputy chief of UGAI in the Dnepropetrovsk area.

Kovalenko passed a way from the simple inspector of GAI to the commander of division, and then and to the deputy chief of GAI of big area", - Sergey Kolomiyets noted, representing the new chief of GAI of the Nikolaev area.
Speaking about the translation ex-the chief of GAI of the Nikolaev area Gennady Pogorelov to Dnepropetrovsk, S. Kolomiyets told that Gennady Vasilyevich went for increase. "He is the true professional and will be able to adjust work of staff of GAI in the Dnepropetrovsk area", - the head of the department of GAI of Ukraine declared. It also joked that Gennady Pogorelov in the future has every chance to take its place in Department.
Serious personnel perturbations in an administrative board of managements of GAI in both areas, according to G. Pogorelov and V. Kovalenko, won't be. Both in Nikolaev, and in Dnepropetrovsk very decent teams which on forces to carry out the tasks set for them were selected.
Sergey Kolomiyets and told about positive statistics of work of GAI Department of Ukraine. He reported that only since the beginning of this year in Ukraine when receiving a bribe 22 employees of GAI were detained.
As for the new chief of GAI in the Nikolaev area, V. Kovalenko was born in 1957, in 1975 was called up for military service. After that it got to Dnepropetrovsk on patrol service in GAI to which devoted all the life.
The new chief of GAI of the Nikolaev area noted that will regularly meet representatives of mass media and to inform them on management work. Also he promised that won't entrust the deputies to consider complaints to actions of staff of GAI, and will personally understand and make the decision concerning persons involved in these complaints.
