The SBU will rigidly react to attempts of deputies to interfere with the activity.
About it to be spoken in the SBU statement in response to reaction of deputies concerning detention of the deputy chief of department of Power regional customs Shepitko.
In SBU reported that on March 2 the Service brought criminal case upon mastering officials of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy on preliminary arrangement of a group of persons of 6.3 billion cubic of transit gas for the sum over 7.4 billion hryvnias.
There also reported that on March 3 during the investigation of criminal case according to requirements criminally - the procedural legislation the accomplice of a crime - the deputy chief of department of Power regional customs is detained.
The SBU declares that investigation of criminal case takes place under the supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office and in strict accordance with the law with use of all powers conferred by SBU.
"Preventing to investigative actions from foreign persons is current legislation violation therefore the SBU warns that will rigidly react to any attempts of illegal intervention", - is spoken in the message.
Attempt of certain deputies in the evening on March 3 of this year to block work of an investigation team of SBU it is documented, materials will be sent to the State Office of Public Prosecutor for the corresponding reaction, - noted in a press - service.
In SBU reminded that else on January 28, 2009 the SBU directed official caution to Power regional customs and the Cabinet with the requirement not to allow illegal actions concerning gas volumes which are under customs control and are declared in customs regulations as "transit".
It is known that the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko declared in the morning that in Ukraine new processes of arrests of people which on the posts counteract corruption began.
