The first deputy chairman of Security service of Ukraine Valery Khoroshkovsky declares that employees of law-enforcement bodies and tax police conduct external supervision over the staff of SBU.
He told about it during TV program "Freedom on Intera".
It connects supervision with carrying out SBU of investigative actions on criminal case against the officials of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy who are carried out at office of the company.
"Our employees for themselves see an outdoor advertizing of militia, tax police. I ask a question: what is it? It means that power structures start fighting among themselves or already ran up on different political apartments and use force, proceeding from that, the head of such department than is engaged", - V. Khoroshkovsky told.
Besides, V. Khoroshkovsky emphasized that actions of SBU were directed only on receiving documents for a consequence.
He noted that today the SBU was succeeded to receive only some customs declarations and an incomplete set of gas contracts. "We couldn't answer two main issues - as passed property right transition (on gas) and as the transit mode on an import mode" changed, - V. Khoroshkovsky told.
Thus he addressed to the government and NAK "Naftogaz" with a request voluntary to transfer documents necessary for a consequence for establishment of legality of transfer to property of NAK of 11 billion cubic meter of the gas belonging to the Rosukrenergo company.
V. Khoroshkovsky declared that if documents will be transferred, the SBU any more won't take any "power step".
"But also I want to assure that in SBU always there will be forces to get these documents … and we will surely achieve the objective", - V. Khoroshkovsky told.
