The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko declares lack of need of involvement of the mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky as the witness on criminal case concerning the pastor of God's Embassy Sandey Adeladzhi.
About this Lutsenko reported today to journalists in the Cabinet, answering a question, whether Chernovetsky as the witness at a legal investigation Adeladzhi was attracted.
"No, in this case mister Chernovetsky has no status for a consequence. As far as I know, mister Chernovetsky is the parishioner of this church (God's Embassies), but it doesn't mean that each parishioner has to be attracted as the witness or the suspect", - Lutsenko told.
The minister refuted the statement of the mayor of Kiev for political prosecution Sandey Adeladzhi.
"Existence of indications and the facts gives the chance to the investigator to bring charge of the organization of the roguish scheme to the citizen of Nigeria who on the lawful bases constantly lives in the territory of Ukraine, to mister Sandey Adeladzhe. I want to emphasize that it in no way isn't connected with discredit it on a racial or religious sign. In this case it is a question only of disclosure of financial fraud, swindle as a result of which many Ukrainian citizens for very serious sums" suffered, - Yury Lutsenko explained.
