Bodies of prosecutor's office excited criminal proceedings on the facts of violations of the law at pumping out of technical oil from system of pipelines «Ukrtransneft».
This information to the Ukrainian truth was confirmed by the general prosecutor Vitaly Yarema.
- Production on the facts of an abuse of power officials «is openedUkrtransneft» , - Yarema noted.
According to him, it is a question about «non-compliance with tender procedures at pumping out of technical oil».
Yarema specified that production is carried out under article 364 of the Criminal code of Ukraine «Abuse of power or official position».
The source in parliament confirmed «To the Ukrainian truth» that it is a question of an episode of pumping out of technical oil management «Ukrtransneft» , loyal to the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional administration Igor Kolomoysky.
After that technical oil was recycled at capacities which belong to Kolomoysky. Kolomoysky in interview to the 5th channel declared that oil extorted that separatists didn't get it in the east of Ukraine.
At the same time, according to investigators, oil was extorted also on sites which weren't under control of separatists.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that Kolomoysky I sold to myself gasoline on 39 million hryvnias.
