The head of the secretariat of the president Victor Baloga really filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Internal Affairs to Yury Lutsenko and publishers of the Fokus magazine and the Uzhgorod newspaper "Tribuna" about honor and dignity protection and an "unreliable information" denial.
It I confirmed a press - service of the president in an official reply to the request of the newspaper "The businessman - Ukraine" about existence of the claim of Balogi to Lutsenko.
"Really, on March 26, 2009 the statement of claim of Victor Balogi was submitted to Uzhgorod city district court about honor and dignity protection and a denial of unreliable information", - the press - services of the president is told in the answer.
"Respondents in this business are the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Yury Lutsenko, and also private enterprises which issue the Fokus magazine and the Uzhgorod newspaper "Tribuna" (the reprinted part of interview of "Focus")", - is added in it.
In the answer a press - the service of the president also confirms information on interrogation of Balogi which on March 28 "as the law-abiding citizen was on a call of the investigator".
Press - the service focuses attention that in interview the Interior Minister actually claimed that "criminal case was brought concerning Victor Balogi".
"However for today concerning Victor Balogi it isn't excited and it isn't investigated any criminal case", - claim in the secretariat of the president.
"In fact, statements of the minister are lies and the slander which have been spread around by the Fokus magazine and the Tribuna newspaper. These two editions didn't make anything to receive and present the point of view of Victor Balogi", - emphasize there.
It is known that earlier Lutsenko declared that after he told about need of interrogation of the head of the secretariat of the president for interview to the Fokus magazine, Baloga filed a lawsuit against it.
The minister also confirmed information that Baloga was invited for witness statement on the criminal case brought upon execution of the Uzhgorod businessman Oleg Gruzin.
"I didn't understand how suffered it (Балоги) honor and advantage if it gave evidences as the witness? - Lutsenko told, having emphasized: "To go on interrogations is a duty of each citizen, and Baloga considers that it any special".
