The investigator of Razdelnyansky regional department of militia reported to the official about suspicion in assignment and waste of someone else's property by abuse of official position. It is threatened by restriction or imprisonment till five years.
On Wednesday, October 22, reported about it in a press - service of General management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Odessa region.
So, the application from the inhabitant of the settlement of Limanskoye who complained of the local branch of the bank came to razdelnyansky regional department of militia. The declarant reported that she in the specified financial institution issued a credit card and monthly deposited to the account the corresponding sum for repayment of the credit. But once unexpectedly for it from this establishment the letter arrived. In it the woman was accused of untimely repayment of the credit, and obliged to extinguish credit debt.
The client addressed to the management of bank to understand an unpleasant situation. Information which it heard - it stunned, after all from its account the considerable sum of money was withdrawn. For clarification of circumstances of this history the victim addressed at once to militia.
- By pre-judicial investigation it is established that, being at a position of the cash desk operator of regional office of banking institution, the ill-minded woman abducted money of clients from credit accounts and used them in the purposes. In two last years she deceived more than two tens clients of bank, for the total amount more than half a million hryvnias, - the chief of regional department militia lieutenant colonel Alexander Vinichenko told.
The investigative police station of action of the official qualified according to ch.2 Art. 191 (assignment, waste of property or a taking to them by abuse of official position) the Criminal code of Ukraine. For such offense punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for a period of up to five years or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in a certain activity for a period of up to three years is prescribed.
