The South Ukrainian city court recognized the head of department of land resources and ecology of the South Ukrainian city council Yulia Gerasimenko guilty of commission of an administrative corruption offense.

The prerequisite for pronouncement of such resolution was that the head of department personally considered the application of the mother of December 12, 2013 addressed to the mayor about allocation of the land plot of 10 hundred parts which is to the address: Stepnaya Street No. 237, also prepared the relevant draft decision of the City Council for which 27 deputies of a representative body of local government voted on December 26, 2013.
As it is noted in the resolution of court, at «the head of department of land resources and ecology of the South Ukrainian city council of the Nikolaev area, the conflict of interests arose on December 13, 2013, namely at the time of acceptance to the consideration of the application of the mother about providing permission to drawing up the project of land management on branch of the land plot in property. However, I didn't notify the direct head the South Ukrainian mayor on existence of the conflict of interests and I didn't take a measure for prevention of any possibility of its emergence».
We will add that the head of department in court session didn't admit the guilt in an offense and noted also that she reported to the mayor about the conflict of interests.
In response to it it is specified in a judgment that on August 4, 2014 the mayor told to the prosecutor that during 2013-2014 didn't come applications from officials of the South Ukrainian city council and its executive committee about existence of the conflict of interests to executive committee.
We will note that according to the official site of Yuzhnoukrainsk the department of land resources and ecology of the South Ukrainian city council is headed by Yulia Gerasimenko.
The sanction is provided parts 1 of article 172-7 КУоАП ( «Not message a face of the direct head in the cases provided by the law about existence of the conflict of interests» ), also I imposed on it an administrative penalty in the sum of 170 hryvnias in favor of the state.
We will remind, earlier the mayor of Yuzhnoukrainsk Evgeny Kvasnevsky, his deputies and deputies of the City Council «razderebanil» 19 land plots. Thus one of sites got Kvasnevskaya's Tamil–swear at the current mayor of Yuzhnoukrainsk.
