The decision on criminal case concerning ex-the Interior Minister Vasily Tsushko will be made depending on results of investigative actions which the State Office of Public Prosecutor intends to carry out if Tsushko gets to her "field of vision".
The public prosecutor Alexander Medvedko told about it in interview to the newspaper "Business", published on Thursday.
On a question, whether investigation on matter in Tsushko's relation which the State Office of Public Prosecutor suspended in January of this year is resumed now, "after all the former minister already came back to the country", Medvedko told:
"If it is in the field of our sight, we will surely execute investigative actions concerning Vasily Petrovich. And depending on their results the decision on criminal case will be made. Now Tsushko is a witness, instead of accused".
On the remark that on hearings, Tsushko whom accused of power excess during capture of the building of the State Office of Public Prosecutor in May, 2007, "(is) for a long time in the territory of Ukraine", the public prosecutor told:
"Perhaps, it also is in Ukraine, but the consequence has no such data".
