Staff of May Day regional department of militia arrived to fields, where combines «Kornatsky' agricultural firms» reap others crop. But didn't begin to stop work of equipment, before the end of clarification of circumstances.
It was declared by the chief of the May Day District Department of Internal Affairs Alexander Badera in the comment «Crime. Is NOT PRESENT».
Earlier it was reported that twelve combines «Kornatsky' agricultural firms» came to a foreign field and began to mow peas. Eyewitnesses of the events declared that «police officers refused to leave the whole hour to the place of a call and when the operations group nevertheless arrived, law enforcement officers refused to interfere somehow with a situation, in fact having taken the part of people of Kornatsky».
Badera declared that militiamen arrived to a place in 20 minutes after the call which arrived to the specialline of law enforcement authorities from the eyewitness. According to him, disorderly conduct isn't present.
Though ringing edition «PN» eyewitnesses claim that «security guards of fields tried to stop illegal harvesting, but couldn't - combines nearly running over people, continued work».
- Combines which clean, speak «we seeded, we also clean». Here now we understand - we wait for lawyers both with that and from that party. We are on a place. No disorderly conduct is present. 10 combines work in the field, 12 grain-carriers. If someone tells that there is a war... it isn't present here, - the chief of the May Day District Department of Internal Affairs told and added that on a place there are also 8 representatives of firm «The partner - Agro».
Thus, the chief militiaman of Pervomayshchina noted that law enforcement authorities fix all events on cameras, and then video and photographic materials will be attached to open on this case to production:
- Since 2013 there are materials in court. These are lawyers make decisions. (...) How that I will make?! There is a judgment, we now will document and we will provide materials in any court which will issue decrees on the one who is guilty and whose earth who possesses a crop.We now document everything: who brings who takes out where grain is taken out, by what combines is moved away.
Badera told that militiamen still didn't even study documents which would confirm that a sowing campaign carried out «Kornatsky' agricultural firm» that it possesses a crop.
And on a question of why nevertheless pravookhraniyetl for a while won't stop harvesting, that declared that it is «it will be regarded, as excess of office powers» from its party. Like, the present people also fix the conflict on cameras and can video on which militiamen stop equipment, later to use against police officers. He declared that law enforcement authorities don't intend to support some of the parties.
- Now we wait for lawyers with that and from that party which will provide us these documents, - the militiaman told.
- That is, still they didn't provide documents to you, you didn't study them, but combines reap a crop?
- But, not I study everything - equally, there is an investigator. Except those calls which try to develop a situation, populism such... otherwise as documents nobody brought, - Badera answered.
- In 2013 the militia was conducted, you understand, where and why... The power of that time, firing practice was here in 2013 - we still investigate cases. In 2013 the decision on court too wasn't made. And now it isn't accepted... I don't take the nobody's part. If the court considers that it was a crime, we will provide these documents. (...) My task today - to provide an order, - it specified.
He also noted that neither the people's deputy Kornatsky, nor members of his family don't okazyvayet any pressure upon law enforcement authorities. At the same time eyewitnesses who as he considers, defend interests «The partner - Agro» , I designated «provokers» that intend to discredit militia.
It should be noted that all May Day regional department of militia is engaged more than two years in this business, since a conflict situation in the summer of 2013.
It is known that in courts of all instances it is proved that this field is in rent at firm «The partner - Agro» , and «Kornatsky' agricultural firm» I occupied these lands illegally.
Earlier it was reported that more than 400 shareholders, without waiting until the power and law enforcement authorities pay attention to their problem, prepared everyone according to the statement for the committed crime «Kornatsky' agricultural firm» , which self-willedally occupied their lands, and sent this application to the militia, prosecutor's office. Except that letter with the description of current situation were sent to representatives of all levels of the power, People's Deputies from Nikolayevshchina including to Kornatsky, to all fractions and deputy groups in the Verkhovna Rada and we designate. In total each shareholder prepared a package of addresses on 27 letters in everyone.
