In the Rovno area on July 10 residents of the village of Obsich, illegal getters of amber, crushed boundary division «Stone» , trying to return itself the confiscated equipment for illegal trade.
Reported about it in a press - service of the Public border service of Ukraine.
Everything began that the staff of Lutsk group on a site of department of a border service «Birch» prevented attempt of illegal production of amber. Together with militia they detained seven people who by means of a motor-pump extracted amber. Detainees brought to boundary division (two of them–minors–soon released) and withdrew a tractor with a motor-pump.
«However around 19:00 at division locals which quantity constantly grew started gathering. They behaved aggressively and expressed threats towards law enforcement authorities and demanded to release fellows villager. To locals there were representatives of State frontier service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and prosecutor's office and tried to explain inadmissibility of such actions. After establishment of faces of detainees and drawing up procedural documents to them allowed them to leave division, however the owner of a tractor demanded to return it the vehicle and a motor-pump» , - reported in State frontier service.
But on it everything didn't end–moreover, the head which tried to calm them seriously suffered from hands of getters of amber rural.
«At 21:00 at division already was to 100 aggressive-minded faces which all expressed requirements to give to the owner the detained property more actively. Attempt of the chairman of settlement council to calm crowd ended for it with numerous injuries. About 23:30 hours warmed by the man's alcohol from among locals started throwing at division stones and to break a fence. Were as a result broken out in the division building, office motor transport is damaged, gate and partially a protection are broken».
«Frontier guards were compelled to carry out more than 10 precautionary shots from the device for shooting of rubber bullets up. However it only for a while stopped attacking and already at 1:00 they again made an attempt to seize division. Real threat of life and to health of frontier guards, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and prosecutor's office, threat of capture of the weapon and office property was created. Law enforcement authorities for the purpose of the termination of further negative succession of events, according to the legislation of Ukraine were compelled to use firearms» , - explained in department.
Around 2:00 the attacking ran up, three most active participants of storm detained, two citizens got wounds of feet–condition of their health the satisfactory.
«The conflict situation is localized. Among locals explanatory work is carried out» , - added in State frontier service.
