According to instructions of the Attorney-General of Ukraine the investigative department of Prosecutor's office of the Zakarpatye area began investigation upon creation of the criminal organization and an act of terrorism in Mukachevo on Saturday, July 11.

As specify in department, on July 11 in городеМукачево about 14 o'clock in the afternoon of 20 armed individuals in a camouflage with inscriptions «Right Sector» and the corresponding stickers on cars for the purpose of distribution of spheres of influence, made an appointment to locals in one of cafe.
After that specified persons, because of the arisen conflict began firing from firearms in the above institution.
«Employees of militia who arrived to a scene, blocked departure from cafe then armed individuals opened fire on defeat at the staff of law-enforcement bodies from RPG-7 grenade launchers, Kalashnikovs, machine guns of DShK and other firearms» , - reports a press - service of Prosecutor's office of the Zakarpatye area.
As a result of attacks two cars of Mukachevsky city department of militia were destroyed and cars of civilians are damaged.
According to preliminary information at application of firearms of 6 police officers and three from among civilians got wounds of varying severity.
Also there are 5 victims from armed individuals with inscriptions «Right Sector».
As noted in department, without having fulfilled requirements of law enforcement authorities, having made armed resistance, people in a camouflage with inscriptions «Right Sector» went towards the country massif near the city of Mukachevo where barricaded.
As of 18:00 above persons refuse to lay down arms and further show resistance and threaten with armed resistance.
According to instructions of the Attorney-General of Ukraine the investigative department of prosecutor's office of the Zakarpatye area in ERDR brought data on criminal offenses on preliminary legal qualification ch.3 by Art. 258 of UK of Ukraine - an act of terrorism, and St.255 UK Ukraine - creation of the criminal organization.

Earlier Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov reported about wound in Mukachevo of 4 civil and 3 police officers, two of wounded - in a serious condition. In «Right Sector» declared that two fighters of the organization died in firefight in Mukachevo, and four are wounded. According to at the moment unconfirmed information, all as a result of firefight could be lost to six people and get wounds–to 9.
