Foreign examinations of records of the major Nikolay Melnichenko which concern criminal case about murder of the journalist Georgy Gongadze, are complete.
About it in interview "To Ukraine young" the deputy public prosecutor Nikolay Golomsha reported.
"Work is abroad complete, and now experts have to conduct the defined researches also in Ukraine then we have to carry out a number of investigative actions", - he told.
On the question, what researches in Ukraine mean, Golomsha answered:
"In Ukraine experts have to check questions of conditions of record, a record place, technical means, voices, etc. Understand me correctly, experts ask not to report details in interests of business and the safety".
Making comments on information that investigation of this business is slowed down from - that samples of the voice aren't provided by certain persons involved in films of Melnichenko, in particular, the speaker Vladimir Litvin, Golomsha noted:
"The delay any isn't present, case is investigated according to the plan. I want to notice that anybody in Ukraine can't be found guilty of commission of crime, except as on a court sentence. Therefore I wouldn't want to form in advance public opinion, to call any surnames".
"We investigate records, we establish whose there voices and whether really they belong to those people in whom we are engaged. To call guilty of business I wouldn't hurry. On that is examination, there will be its results, will draw conclusions. Experts have plans, we can't dictate them conditions", - the deputy public prosecutor told.
It is known that in December, 2008 Melnichenko transferred originals of fragments of the records which concern circumstances of murder of Gongadze, group of the State Office of Public Prosecutor and the European experts.
The cabinet allocated GPU 134,5 thousand hryvnias for carrying out independent examination and necessary investigative actions on criminal case about Gongadze's murder. Expertize was carried out abroad.
