“It is established that contrary to requirements of the legislation, despite an object arrangement on the first line from the sea at distance of 20 m from a city children's beach, the specified camp is brought by the decision of the Nikolaev regional council in the list of objects of joint municipal property of territorial communities of villages, settlements, cities of the Nikolaev area, privatizeable”, - it is told in the message.
Further, as reported in prosecutor's office, the camp was illegally privatized and officials of the regional state administration signed the contract of purchase and sale for the specified property with limited liability company.
It is known that management concerning property of municipal property of the Nikolaev RSA is headed by Olga Vidina.
The prosecutor's office of the Nikolaev area began criminal proceedings upon illegal privatization of a children's recreation camp as regards 2 articles 233 and parts 2 of article 364 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (“Illegal privatization of the state, municipal property, abuse of power or official position”).
Now pre-judicial investigation proceeds.
