The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir LITVIN is convinced that the parliament of Ukraine will agree to criminal prosecution, to detention and a capture under guards of the People's Deputy Victor LOZINSKY (BYUT).
He told about it in exclusive interview of the UNIAN.
According to the speaker, "so this problem got a public response that under 400 voices in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be gathered".
V. Litvin added that round this situation "a public response extremely powerful, and not from that party people that this tragedy didn't get such big publicity" came. Thus he emphasized that "it will be a bucket of ice water on many people who have to stop and reflect that there is a limit out of which it is impossible to take up under any circumstances".
The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada reported that representation of the Prosecutor General's Office where the speech "goes about circumstances of this business", to them are transferred to parliamentary Committee on questions of Regulations, deputy ethics and the organization of work of BP. V. Litvin reported that also documents are transferred to the People's Deputy of Ukraine V. LOZINSKY as according to Regulations "he has to offer explanations concerning those charges which to it are brought".
Besides, V. Litvin noted that this representation of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine can be considered already tomorrow at an emergency meeting of the Verkhovna Rada. He reported that petition already comes to the end in order that tomorrow the matter was considered in parliament along with personnel questions.
As reported the UNIAN, on June 1 the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine addressed with representation in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to agree to criminal prosecution, to detention, and a capture under guards of the People's Deputy V. LOZINSKY concerning whom criminal case upon causing the injuries which have entailed death of the person in the Golovanevsky region of the Kirovograd area was brought.
