At the same time he recognized that rather Lozinsky, and also accompanying his prosecutor of the Golovanevsky area Evgeny Gorbenko and the chief of regional department of militia Mikhail Kovalsky timely expertize on availability of alcohol in blood wasn't carried out, and the State Office of Public Prosecutor intends to give an appropriate assessment to this fact.
