The president of Ukraine Victor YUSHCHENKO urged the General prosecutor Alexander MEDVEDKO to give a legal assessment to the persons involved in formal search of Alexey PUKAChA.
As reported the UNIAN in the Main service of information policy, I reported about it during a briefing a press - the secretary of the President Irina VANNIKOVA.
According to her, the President sent the letter to the General prosecutor in whom appealed to it daily to inform it on a course of a pretrial investigation on the case of Georgy Gongadze's murder.
"In the letter the President asks the General prosecutor to give a legal assessment to persons who formally treated Alexey PUKAChA's search", - told a press - the secretary.
According to her, already in V. Yushchenko's first report I asked to report about the reasons for which A.PUKACh within five years since the announcement it in the international search had possibility of free movement on the territory of Ukraine and at all there was no need to leave it.
"Moreover, being the colleague Alexey PUKAChA which he met in 2004-2009 or I conducted telephone negotiations, not only didn't take measures for his detention, and actually with the divergence covered the face involved in commission of serious crime", - I noted a press - the secretary of the President.
As reported the UNIAN, accused of the organization of murder of the journalist G. Gongadze of A.PUKACh it was detained on July 21 in the evening in one of villages of the Chudnovsky region of Zhitomir area.
On July 22 the vice-chairman of SBU Vasily GRITSAK declared that A.PUKACh during interrogation called customers of murder of G. Gongadze but while investigative actions concerning them aren't carried out.
