The police of Moldova detained six citizens of Ukraine who arrived to this country as a part of mission of the international observers behind holding snap elections of parliament of Moldova which have to take place on July 29.
About it the speaker of Committee of voters of Ukraine Alexander Chernenko in the blog on "The Ukrainian truth" wrote.
According to him, 140 activists of public organizations from 12 countries, including 14 representatives of Committee of voters of Ukraine agreed to participate in ENEMO mission (The European network of the organizations for supervision over elections).
The head of Donetsk regional office of KIU Sergey Tkachenko was elected the mission manager.
"However the Central Election Commission of Moldova without motivation and explanations refused to provide accreditation to the vast majority of observers from ENEMO. The status of official observers was received by only 55 people from 140. It was refused accreditation and to the mission manager Tkachenko", - Chernenko writes.
As the majority of observers of ENEMO at the time of Central Election Commission decision-making already arrived to Moldova, the mission management repeatedly requested in the Central Election Commission of the republic accreditation of all observers. In the evening on July 27 the Central Election Commission of Moldova repeatedly refused accreditation to representatives of ENEMO.
But even in the afternoon on July 27 at the airport of Kishinev it was refused access on the territory of Moldova to observers of ENEMO who arrived from Georgia. The Georgian delegation spent night at the airport then all were deported. In this regard official bodies of Georgia already stated a note of protest.
In the evening on July 27 on country recreation facility where representatives of mission of ENEMO live, profits about 30 representatives of migratory service of Moldova. After verification of documents they detained the mission manager Tkachenko and the long-term observer Edil Baysalov (Kyrgyzstan) and took away in the unknown direction.
As it became clear later, Tkachenko was доправлен in the main office of migratory service of Moldova. After neskolkochasovy conversation it was offered to it to sign the document where he would undertake to leave the territory of Moldova within the next 24 hours with representatives of service.
The mission manager of ENEMO refused to make it, considering lack of bases for such step. About 2 o'clock in the morning of Tkachenko it was released. Edil Baysalov's destiny as of morning on July 28 remains to the unknown.
In the morning on July 28 the police of Moldova detained over 20 representatives of ENEMO who worked in Beltsy and Sorokakh. Among the detained 6 citizens of Ukraine. It is offered to all of them to leave the territory of Moldova within 24 hours.
Despite it, mission of ENEMO is going to continue supervision over elections forces of the accredited observers.
