The 55-summer truck driver who was searched as the missing person returned to Nikolaev. According to the man, unknown persons illegally held him in the apartment in Kiev, but he managed to get out and come back home.

Earlier it was reported that in Kiev region on January 15 the Nikolaev trucker was gone Valery Seppar. Thus it disappeared together with the car and freight which transported.
«On January 25 found out that the missing independently came back home. The man told law enforcement authorities that all this time unknown persons who were presented as accompanying freight, illegally held it in the apartment in the territory of Kiev, from where to it was succeeded to run away and reach Nikolaev» , - told in police.
Upon the incident the criminal proceedings as regards 2 articles 146 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (are begun «Illegal imprisonment or kidnapping» ).
