The military prosecutor's office of the Nikolaev garrison opened criminal proceedings after military 53-й the separate mechanized crew submitted the application for their inadequate providing socially - living conditions and the food.

Earlier it was reported that in the afternoon on February 8 46 it is fighting 53-й the crews revolted with awful conditions of keeping, left on foot from the ground Wide Lang to come to the military prosecutor and to tell it about the attitude towards them of their command. According to them, they are practically not fed, not treated, and they washed in a ban last time last year, in December. As a result military reached the prosecutor and told about the problems. Next day after an action of military of a condition on the ground started improving gradually.
So, the criminal proceedings are opened as regards 3 articles 426-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine ( «Excess by the military official of the power or office powers» ). After a demarche of soldiers on the ground there arrived the military prosecutor of the Nikolaev garrison Alexander Keith and the first deputy military prosecutor of the Southern region of Ukraine Pyotr Viznyuk. In an arrangement of division 53-й crews there began work the joint group of staff of military prosecutor's office and the Southern territorial administration of Military service of a law and order of AFU.
«Within criminal proceedings prime investigative actions are carried out. About 30 servicemen and commanders of military unit are interrogated, the scene is examined. During investigative actions it is established that 3-й the battalion 53-й crews was relocated on the Shirokolanovsky ground from the Dnepropetrovsk area four days ago. Rear services didn't manage to organize reception and placement of staff according to requirements of the charter, and commanders on a place didn't take a measure for creation of normal living conditions for people. In particular, in tent instead of 20 placed almost three times more military personnel».

- activities of command of military unit for creation of appropriate conditions of accommodation of staff in field camp and logistic support of divisions, in particular, food, ware property, Bann - washing service;
- Observance of the rights of the military personnel on material and other types of providing;
- Ensuring rights of the military personnel for health protection, medical care» , - it is noted in the message of prosecutor's office.
And according to the message a press - services of the Nikolaev regional state administration, on February 9 53-й crews took 400 soldiers to Nikolaev and organized for them «bathing day». Workers of the social sphere collected humanitarian aid: means of hygiene, food, water. Besides, military were given out new linen and necessary medicines. Fighters could drink hot tea, have a bite and left back for military unit.
