About it in the blog the editor-in-chief writes «Ukrainian Pravda» Sevgil Musayeva - the Boletus, referring to the letter of labor collective «Nikolaev combined heat and power plant».
It is reported that the People's Deputy Sergey Leshchenko received the letter, in which collective «Nikolaev combined heat and power plant» I complained of actions of Matviyuk appointed to a senior position in April, 2015. Matviyuk if to trust employees of the enterprise, got down to business, «having rolled up sleeves» :
«- I declared transition to four-day working week; the so-called economy from four-day's rest made 7 million;
- I increased board, having entered into it at once three deputy directors;
- I paid through trade-union committee an insurance to doubtful firm;
- I sold the boarding house belonging to labor collective on the bank of the Black Sea at the price of the three-room apartment;
- I bought unnecessary equipment and I drew some works almost for 12 million hryvnias;
- I spent money for the actions which aren't provided by the annual financial plan» , - employees of combined heat and power plant write, claiming that Matviyuk brought about 30 million hryvnias out of the enterprise.
Also it is claimed that Matviyuk «I robed the budget and labor staff of combined heat and power plant». According to workers, not Matviyuk, and the Kiev firm «is engaged in finance of the enterpriseEnergomerezha». The head of combined heat and power plant allegedly coordinates all payments with it and in it gets paid–about five thousand dollars. In this regard employees of the enterprise ask to check financial activity of combined heat and power plant.
Proceeding from the letter and Musayeva's blog - the Boletus, leaves that Matviyuk is the protege of the little-known company «Energomerezha» , under control to a certain Dmitry Kryuchkov. Two weeks ago «Ukrainian Pravda» I published investigation about the company «Energomerezha» , which earns millions on doubtful schemes of calculation between regional power and private consumers.Participants of the market accused firm of withdrawal of money from public industries earlier. Law enforcement agencies it seems also became interested in contracts with regional power, but as a result of abuses didn't find. Now the case is submitted to National anti-corruption bureau.
Musayeva - the Boletus writes that «Energomerezha» influences work of four distributive companies where controlling stakes belong to the state– «Zaporozhye -» , «Kharkov -» , «Cherkassy -» and «Nikolayevoblenergo». Since the end of last year it started buying up debts of the only state generation company «Tsentrenergo» and Odessa combined heat and power plant.
«Head of the company «Energomerezha» Dmitry Kryuchkov is called the representative of brothers Grigory and Igor Surkisov. Their chief lobbyist–Igor Kononenko well-known already. It, of course, denies any communication. Dmitry Kryuchkov who earlier already had problems with the Ukrainian Themis, according to participants of the market in this history no more than next «golden boy» , like Sergey Kurchenko–the performer to whom the green light in the relations with state agencies is turned on. Speak about such «works for percent» , - Musayeva - the Boletus writes.
According to her, «Energomerezha» continues conquest of the Ukrainian power market. Literally last week, later loud statements of the minister Ayvaras Abromavichus, participants of the Wholesale market of the electric power elected new structure of members of council of ORE–collegial body which unites producers and suppliers of the electric power. The First Deputy CEO of public joint stock company entered it «Nikolayevoblenergo» Alexey Bespalov. Bespalov was the head of the supervisory board of the company «earlierEnergomerezha».
«As it was succeeded to find out, its election in Market Council became possible thanks to voices of the state companies. «Kryuchkov's group in a night received powers of attorney from state companies in FGI and for itself voted» ,–I received such SMS in response to a question as Bespalov appeared in Market Council from one of participants of ORE. Now the director Kryuchkovykh can influence adoption of decisions» , important for work of the market of the electric power.
«Why - that the people standing behind similar schemes consider that the public state regional power, the company with the strange name, somebody Hooks, write-off of debts, sanitation of state companies will hardly interest. They are however somewhat right.They aren't right in other–people all the same understand that in the country continue to steal, being covered with beautiful slogans. Surnames of performers aren't so important. In public consciousness the prime minister and the president all the same are responsible for corruption» , - the journalist writes.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that Management of SBU in the Nikolaev area prevented conclusion of 600 thousand hryvnias from KP «Nikolayevvodokanal». At what there is information that these means intended for purchase of regional heatpower heat meters.
On this fact the criminal proceedings by part 5 of article 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine are opened ("Assignment or waste of someone else's property which was entrusted to the person or was under its authority, made in especially large sizes or organized group").
Also it is worth reminding that the earlier ex-the director «Nikolayevoblteploenergo» Vladimir Bereznitsky declared that his deputies Shpak and Radchenko, as «people» adviser to the governor Vadim Merikov Yaroslava Filatova force to carry out kickbacks and to deribanit property enterprises. Bereznitsky says that gave responsible positions to Shpak and Radchenko forcedly, after insistent requirements of the adviser to the governor Yaroslav Filatov. After that contractors «Nikolayevoblteploenergo» accused proteges of the adviser of Merikov of extortion.
Pavel Shpak mentioned above now is the vice chairman of the board on sale of energy and power supervision in «Nikolaev combined heat and power plant».
