The Nikolaev district court of the Nikolaev area has sentenced to a guardroom of the commander 53-й the separate mechanized crew, his deputy–the chief of headquarters, and also the commander of crew on educational work and the deputy chief on the back of expeditious command «East».

So, the court has considered four more protocols on commission of administrative offenses under article 172-15 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning the specified four officers who directly were responsible for movement and arrangement of staff 53-й crews on the ground «Wide Lang».
Have imposed to the commander of crew Valery Vodolazsky and his first deputy sentence in the form of arrest with contents on a guardroom of 10 and 8 days respectively. To the commander of crew on educational work and the deputy chief on the back of expeditious command OK «East» the court has imposed sentence in the form of arrest with contents on a guardroom for a period of 10 days.
According to the message of prosecutor's office, in the history with 53-й crew the court can punish one more officer. At the moment the court has found guilty of negligent attitude to service already 9 officers OK «East» and command structure 53-й crews.
We will remind that On February 8 46 it is fighting 53-й the crews revolted with awful conditions of keeping, send on foot from the Wide Lang ground in Nikolaev to come to the military prosecutor and to tell him about the attitude towards them of their command. Next day after an action of military of a condition on the ground have begun to improve gradually. After the complaint of fighters military prosecutor's office I have opened criminal proceedings.
Besides, it was noted that the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine for the situation which has happened with 53-й crew on the Nikolaev ground «Wide Lang» , has punished seven high-ranking officers, including two the general - lieutenants.
