Detectives of National anti-corruption bureau have caught on taking of a bribe of 500 thousand hryvnias the judge Malinovsky of regional court of Odessa, but he has run away from them with firing.
I have reported a press about it - the secretary of the President of Ukraine Svyatoslav Tsegolko, referring to words of the director of NABU Artemas Sytnika.
«The judge has opened fire with firearms and, using immunity, has escaped. The president has charged to the State Security Service of Ukraine to take all measures for his detention» , - he has written in «Facebook».
As it is reported on NABU website, it is about Malinovsky's judge of regional court of Odessa. A bribe he allegedly required through the intermediary for removal a certain judgment in a civil case on collection of debt. During investigative actions the judge has shown resistance to the staff of Bureau having used firearms on defeat. After that he left the weapon and, having used existence of the status «immunity of the judge» , I have fled the scene.
On this fact detectives of NABU lead pre-judicial investigation of criminal proceedings as regards the 4th article 368 of the Criminal code of Ukraine ( «Obtaining illegal benefit» ).
Meanwhile the Kiev police reports that at 16:50 the message on a fight with firing on Nikolsko Street - Suburban has come to a control room. Near the specified address there was an autopatrol of division of special function. According to law enforcement authorities, during the conflict of one participants of quarrel I have used the traumatic weapon on which has permission.
