The militia finds out circumstances of incident which happened in parliament between the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from fraction of Communist party of Ukraine Alexander Tkachenko and the journalist of STB.
The Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko reported about it.
"The statement is. We understand. We have 10 days to make the decision, for this purpose it is necessary to interrogate witnesses, to look at all situation as a whole", - the minister told.
Thus he noted that it won't be simple to find out circumstances as the parliament is protected by the State protection and it will be rather difficult for militia to carry out even a statement inspection.
"We find out how on it to react (to incident). Or criminal case will be brought, or there will be a refusal in initiation of legal proceedings", - Lutsenko noted.
Together with it he emphasized that if will be refused initiation of proceedings, the journalist will have a right to appeal to court for an insult.
As it was reported, the parliamentary correspondent of the Vikna program Olga Chervakova in a lobby of Rada tried to find out from Tkachenko that he meant, expressing idea to limit access of the press to a lobby and parliament buffet. The deputy pulled out at it a microphone and threw it down on a ladder where that, having flown by by standing lower than two deputies, fell and burst.
After that journalists of the program caused militia which made the protocol on an offense.
