The Supreme Court closed case of Evgeny Kushnarev's murder.
Thus, it upheld the decision of Appellate court of the Kharkov area on Dmitry Zavalny accused of involuntary manslaughter of Kushnarev's amnesty.
As the lawyer Zavalnogo Vladimir Olevsky reported, VS recognized convincing arguments of appellate court about legality of application to Dmitry Zavalnom of the law on amnesty.
"Crimes incriminated to it aren't heavy, it isn't judged earlier, not amnestied. It has a minor daughter", - Olevsky told.
According to him, the solution of VS isn't subject to the appeal and comes into force on Wednesday. Also on Wednesday criminal case concerning Zavalny will be stopped, and material evidences will be destroyed.
For the dissatisfied party the decision of the Supreme Court was unexpected, writes Komersant - Ukraine.
"We counted that the court will listen to our arguments", - the lawyer of a family Kushnareva Natalya Knyazskaya reported.
According to her, the dissatisfied party didn't challenge Zavalny's right for amnesty, but demanded consideration of the case about Kushnarev's death in essence. "Now business is buried", - Knyazskaya concluded.
Kushnarev was fatally wounded on hunting on January 16, 2007. In December, 2007 the prosecutor's office of the Kharkov area brought charge under article murder on imprudence to Zavalnom who was the assistant to the deputy Dmitry Shentsev.
