Yesterday chief health officer of NikolaevVasily GanusovskyI reported that the causative agent of salmonellosis which was revealed at six employees of an institution became the reason of mass poisoning of visitors of a pizzeria of "Celentano" in Nikolaev.
We will remind, on September 10-12 in regional infectious diseases hospital were hospitalized 18 people who have visited a pizzeria on September 9. Three more refused hospitalization. The causative agent of salmonellosis revealed at that time at two employees of an institution was called the preliminary reason of poisoning. Now it is known that 27 people suffered from poisoning, including workers of a pizzeria. Thus the final diagnosis "salmonellosis" is made to "Celentano's" six employees, and injured visitors have pizzerias while diagnose sharp food poisoning. As it became known from a source in law enforcement agencies of Nikolaev, criminal case upon mass poisoning isn't brought.
According to misterGanusovsky, from six employees of a pizzeria at whom salmonellosis is revealed, two, on - visible, caught in the same way, as visitors, having eaten the infected dishes. "And here other four just also were carriers of a salmonella", - the health officer declared. Besides, in his opinion, the sick employees it can appear more as they work in shifts on weeks. As explainedVasily Ganusovsky, analyses were taken from some of them on Monday, and receiving reliable results will require week. He also reported that the director of a pizzeria is fined by a city sanepidemstantion for violation of a sanitary mode 400 UAH, two more workers of a pizzeria - for 200 UAH

"All employees have sanitary books, they undergo continuous testing. The bacterium, most likely, got inside with any product", - he declared.
Meanwhile director general of the Systems of a Fast Food company (owner of the Celentano Pizza network)Mark ZarkhinI told that in the company yet didn't receive final results of examination of a sanepidemstantion therefore there is no opportunity to draw final conclusions neither on infection sources, nor on how the causative agent of a disease got to dishes. "Previously we know that the causative agent of salmonellosis transferred or from our workers, or other way became the reason of poisoning. There is a version about activator existence in delivered products, in particular in chicken fillet. And though it is improbable, all of us will equally toughen control of suppliers", - mistertoldZarkhin. He also declared readiness to bear full responsibility if the fault of the company is proved.
