The Organized Crime Control Department exposed waste of 3 million UAH of budgetary funds at the Sevastopol university of nuclear power

The Organized Crime Control Department over 3 million UAH of budgetary funds at the Sevastopol national university of nuclear power and the industry exposed waste. About it reports a press - service GUBOP Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with reference to the chief the Organized Crime Control Department of Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to Sevastopol Vyacheslav Sinchenko. On materials of Management of fight against organized crime of Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol the prosecutor's office of the city brought criminal case upon the crime provided by h. 5 Art. 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (assignment, waste of property or a taking to them by abuse of official position) from officials of the Sevastopol national university of nuclear power and the industry.

On the basis of the Cabinet resolution of May 11, 2006. "About development of the Sevastopol national university of nuclear power and the industry for 2007-2012" for carrying out reconstruction and building of new objects in 2007-2008 to this educational institution financing in the sum of 11 million 829 thousand UAH from which 3 million 553 thousand UAH were transferred in 2007

As employees established the Organized Crime Control Department, in January and December, 2007 officials of university concluded agreements from open company on design of building of new objects and with private enterprise on capital repairs of a roof. However check testified fictitiousness of these agreements. As a result of these transactions from the state budget plundering of funds for total amount of 3 million 284 thousand the UAH, allocated to the Sevastopol national university of nuclear power and the industry is carried out.
