As it is noted, the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office (SACPO) in July has directed to court criminal proceedings concerning the Snow-storm and the lawyer Andrey Selikhov, but as data of the Unified state registry of judgments testify, consideration of the case hasn't begun yet.
It is reported that business concerning the judge Buran has been directed to the Nikolaev district court Nikolaev region.
In turn, the acting chairman of the Nikolaev regional court has appealed to Court of Appeal of area with a request to submit the case to other court.
According to the decision of Court of Appeal, courts of the Nikolaev region as the crime has been committed in Odessa can't consider case of the judge Buran, and I have directed business to the Supreme special court that that has defined a jurisdiction of the case. And the Supreme special court, in turn, has specified that SAP has sent everything correctly: as one of suspects - the judge, case has to be considered in other area.
Besides, SAP asked the Supreme special court for efficiency and efficiency of consideration to direct it isn't the Nikolaev regional court at once, and in Leninsky regional court of Nikolaev, however was refused.
Therefore as it is reported, business has returned to the Nikolaev regional court where again consideration hasn't begun.
