The Solomensky regional court of Kiev has elected a measure of restraint the suspect of murder of two law enforcement authorities Victoria Zaverukhe, Andrey Romaniuk, Evgeny Koshelyuk and Nikolay Mnishenko in the form of house arrest from 21:00 till 6:00 for 60 days–till January 21, 2017.
As reports a press - service of Court of Appeal of Kiev in which on Wednesday there has taken place the preparatory meeting of Solomensky regional court to trial corresponding criminal case, for Zaverukhi, Romaniuk and Koshelyuk it was extension of a measure of restraint whereas for Mnishenko she has been elected for the first time.
The following court session on this case will take place on December 26, 2016 at 11:00.
"Let's remind, Zaverukh, Romaniuk, Koshelyuk, Sytnikov and Mnishenko are suspected of commission of such crimes as it gangsterism, preparation of act of terrorism, attempted murder, infringement of life of law enforcement officers, robbery, illegal weapon handling, retraction of minors in criminal activity", - have told in a press - service of court.
As reports to Gromadska with reference to the lawyer Zavirukhi Dmitry Bilovchuk, Zaverukh from court has been sent to hospital on hospitalization as hasn't graduated.
Besides, he has told that People's Deputies of Popular front fraction Yury Tymoshenko and Andrey Teteruk intend to address the Attorney-General Yury Lutsenko concerning this business.
The lawyer has also told about an incident during the court session: Yury of Tymoshenko has chained himself handcuffs to Zaverukhe, having declared that he won't leave premises of court without her. According to Bilovchuk, it was "the act of despair".
It is known that on May 4, 2015 in the Desna district of Kiev during prosecution of the car on which robbers after a robbery of gas station have disappeared two have been killed and three law enforcement authorities are wounded.
One of forwards has died, two managed to run, but subsequently they have been detained.
