The message on the tragedy has come to police at night. Having returned to the apartment, mother has found dead the one-year-old son, and her two-year-old daughter was in unconsciousness. The body of the boy was sent to a morgue, and doctors fight for life of the girl.
"Investigators have established that, having left children at home, the woman spent time together with the lover around capital Birch forests", - it is said in the message.
Mother was detained, criminal proceedings according to the p. 3 of Art. 135 (leaving is in danger) the Criminal code of Ukraine are begun. The sanction of article provides up to eight years of imprisonment.
