"Thief in law" "Kakha Novorossiysky" received in Nikolaev passports and other documents, using corruption communications

From Ukraine to Georgia "thief in law"is deportedKakha Makalatiya, reports a press - service GUBOP Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.K.Makalatiya, 1971, the native of page Zanati of the Abashirsky region of Georgia, known in criminal circles by nickname "Kakha Novorossiysky", was deported yesterday late at night by trip plane Dnepropetrovsk - Tbilisi.

The day before in Evpatoria he was detained by employees of Management on fight against organized crime of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in ARE the Crimea.K.Makalatiya, disappearing from law enforcement agencies of Russia for commission of assaults and extortion, for the purpose of redistribution of spheres of influence in the criminal environment I tried to organize "a thieves' meeting" in the territory of Ukraine.

Besides,K.Makalatiyait is exposed in the organization of the criminal scheme of illegal legalization in the territory of Ukraine of foreigners. In particular, to natives of Georgia he helped to receive passports of citizens of Ukraine illegally. So,K.Makalatiyaand some other citizens of Georgia, using corruption communications, illegally received passports and other certificates inNikolaev. On this fact concerningK.Makalatiyacriminal case on signs of the crime provided ч.3 by Art. 358 (use of obviously counterfeit document) was brought by UK of Ukraine.

So, Evpatoriysky court ARE the Crimea made the decision on exclusionK.Makalatiyafrom the territory of Ukraine to Georgia with an entrance ban for a period of 5 years.

In the current year workers of GUBOP stopped criminal activity of 6 people from among citizens of other states referred to category of "thieves in law" from whom two are arrested, four are turned out from the territory of Ukraine.
