Kharkov "Gepa" didn't convince court that he isn't a hooligan

The local court of the Chervonozavodsky area didn't satisfy the complaint of the secretary of the Kharkov City Council Gennady Kernes in which that demanded to cancel the resolution on excitement concerning it criminal case under the article "Hooliganism".

As it was reported, on June 20 during session there was an incident between the deputy - "nasheukrainets" Andrey Rudenko and the secretary of the City Council, the member of PR Gennady Kernes. When Rudenko came downstairs from a sessional hall, it was caught up by Kernes and kicked below a waist. This incident was recorded by film crews of local news services. Rudenko complained of the secretary of the City Council to militiamen.

On June 25 the prosecutor of the region Vasily Sinchuk signed the resolution on initiation of legal proceedings concerning Kernes under the article "Hooliganism". But that appealed against this resolution in court.

On Wednesday the judge Valentin Didovets refused satisfaction of the complaint of Kernes.

"We consider, this resolution illegal and unreasonable and we will appeal against it in appellate court", - Alexander Drozdov, the representative Gennadiya Kernesa in court declared. On submitting the appeal lawyers have 7 days.
