According to the chief health officer of the Nikolaev area Vladimir Klochko, the regional depuy corps (which member, also he by the way, is) in any way won't make the decision on establishment of the water preserving zones. Still the master plan of sanitary cleaning of the city of Nikolaev isn't approved, and Koblevo and Rybakovk's resort zones aren't provided with qualitative drinking water from - for lack of a water supply system.
As regional accident Vladimir Klochko characterized an old situation with chemicals in Balovnoye's village. Nearly five hundred tons ownerless, long ago the mixed among themselves and expired toxic agents for years lie practically open-air and pollute environment. Today in the conditions of lack of financing nobody is capable to solve this problem.
Proceeding from it, the prosecutor of the Nikolaev area Nikolay Stoyanov considers that the sanepidstantion has to raise a question of elimination of chemicals more rigidly for authorities, and then together with them solve it.
It should be noted that the area prosecutor's office for non-compliance with the Water code of Ukraine on officials of a number of the enterprises imposed administrative penalties. In 9 months by regional government of water resources it was carried out 26 planned and superplanned inspections. And here activity of regional public administration of protection, a reconstruction of water live resources and regulation of the fishery headed by Igor Kopeyka, causes fair complaints in militiamen.
"Fish goes for spawning, in all markets of Nikolayevshchina - brisk trade in it, thus by results of activity of management causing damage for the sum about 41 thousand UAH is counted and one criminal case upon malfeasance is brought. If to count all costs of the state of the content of the management and to compare to its efficiency, there is a question - why in general it is necessary? " - the first deputy prosecutor of the region Sergey Polishchuk declares.About it reports a press - service of prosecutor's office of the Nikolaev area.
