Crimean "regional" beat the judge on soccer?

The deputy Vasily Kiselyov claims that Crimean "regional" Alexander Melnik beat on a football match of the arbitrator.

He declared it from a parliament tribune on Wednesday.

"On August 9 this year during an official football match, in the presence of more than 200 fans, the citizen Melnik who passes in law-enforcement bodies as the head of an organized criminal group, cruelly crippled the chief arbitrator Tkachenko", - Kiselyov declared.

According to him, medical examination of the victim confirmed the beating fact, and law-enforcement bodies brought criminal case.

"But considering that Melnik is the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimea, the prosecutor of the Crimea has to sign the resolution on initiation of legal proceedings, but it doesn't do it", - Kiselyov told.

He noted that addressed to the public prosecutor in this occasion and asked to take "active and operational measures".

"But there was a resistant belief that the prosecutor's office and courts cover criminals. Considering that the prosecutor's office doesn't support the citizen Tkachenko, doesn't hear deputy inquiries and doesn't provide observance of laws, I want that about it knew the Ukrainian society", - Kiselyov declared.

It is known that Kiselyov was expelled earlier from Party of Regions after declared, in particular, Melnik's participation in criminal group in the Crimea.
