The ex-the chief of regional department of militia of the Golovanevsky region of the Kirovograd area Mikhail Kovalsky is released from - under guards on a subscription about not departure.
The relevant decision was made by the investigator of the State Office of Public Prosecutor, the representative of the Prosecutor General's Office reported.
The investigator changed a measure of restraint for Kovalsky from arrest to recognizance not to leave, reports Regional committee with reference to the Ukrainian news
The representative of GPU noted that the investigator made such decision on the basis of article 165 Criminally - the procedural code which provides general provisions of an order of application, cancellations or changes of a measure of restraint.
It is known that Kovalsky is the suspect of drawing deliberate heavy injuries who entailed Valery Oliynyk's death.
Earlier the court prolonged Kovalsky's arrest till December 26.
The pretrial investigation of the State Office of Public Prosecutor established that on June 16 Gorbenko, Kovalsky and the deputy from BYuT Victor Lozinsky deliberately put heavy injuries to Oliynyk, including with firearms application which entailed death of the victim.
