The State Office of Public Prosecutor finished a pretrial investigation in the matter of ex-the judge Igor Zvarich.
It at a briefing was declared by the Deputy Prosecutor General Vitaly Shchetkin, reports Liga.Net.
According to him, eight episodes of receiving a bribe by Zvarich for total amount more than 1 million UAH which are made responsible Zvarich, and also other persons are proved today.
Are checked as well other episodes and operational materials which are available at the disposal of prosecutor's office.
"Today our investigators are in Lviv and, as far as I know, from now on is declared end of a pretrial investigation and acquaintance with case papers" began, - Shchetkin told.
"12 months which it (Zvarich) is in custody, are prolonged in the order established by the law, and soon business will be obligatory is sent to court", - he added.
Earlier it was reported that Zvarich concerning whom the State Office of Public Prosecutor brought criminal case on suspicion in receiving a bribe of 100 thousand dollars, started giving valuable evidences about bribery system in the supreme courts of Ukraine.
