Experts supported the Minister of Internal Affairs Yury LUTSENKO in the conflict to the secretary of the Kharkov City Council Gennady KERNES.
Results of the expert survey conducted by the Center of the social Sotsiopolis technologies together with Agency of modeling of situations testify to it, presented today on a press - conferences in the UNIAN.
According to poll data, 23,4% of experts expressed the sympathies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Yu.LUTsENKO during the recent conflict between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the secretary of the Kharkov city council G. KERNES.
"On the law party" there were sympathies of 12,8% of respondents; "On the party of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (but not Yu.LUTsENKO)" - 6,4%. 42,6% adhered to a neutral position. Among experts research didn't find G. KERNES'S supporters.
Among the real reasons of the conflict between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and G. KERNES of 40,4% of experts noted fair desire of the Ministry of Internal Affairs "to bring to reason" odious representatives of local elite. The opinion on "political repressions" was shared by 4,3%. As "squaring of accounts" the conflict are inclined to consider - 12,8%.
The majority of experts consider that the conflict between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and G. KERNES "will gradually come to naught" (34%). Thus 31,9% of respondents consider that the conflict can end "with opening of criminal cases against Mikhayl DOBKIN and G. KERNES and their compelled leaving the power".
21,3% consider that in case of a victory at Yulia TYMOSHENKO'S future presidential election the Kharkov city authorities should be afraid of real criminal prosecution. Another 17% expressed confidence that the following President of Ukraine (who to them wouldn't become) "will surely smooth out" national political elite from M. DOBKIN and G. KERNES and to them similar. 4,3% are sure that the Kharkov city authorities "till this time will already manage to be reinsured by assets and nationality in other countries".
Survey was conducted during the period from August 7 to August 12, 2008. The expert group consisted of 47 people representing Kharkov (25 people) and Kiev (22 persons).
