The appellate court of the Donetsk region cancelled the decision on release "the black surgeon" Michael Sis

The appellate court of the Donetsk Region cancelled the decision of Voroshilovsky district court of Donetsk on release of the Israeli surgeon Mikhail Zis from - under guards, reports " The businessman - Ukraine".

We will remind, in Ukraine concerning M. Zis criminal case according to UK Art. 149 ("human trafficking or other illegal agreement concerning the person") was brought. For the first time M. Zis was detained on October 13, 2007 in Donetsk at the request of law enforcement agencies of Moldova where against it charge of involvement of donors from among needing and socially unprotected segments of the population was brought. On July 3 according to the decision of Voroshilovsky district court it was released from - under guards on the security of 17 thousand UAH on July 28 after the next court session the staff of Management on fight against human trafficking of Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Donetsk Region arrested again M. Zis and delivered it in a pre-trial detention center of Donetsk. As reported in management, "arrest was made on the basis of the resolution of Voroshilovsky regional court of Donetsk of October 30, 2007 for providing an extradition to Moldova". On August 21 the judge of Voroshilovsky regional court Irina Bukhtiyarova pronounced the verdict of not guilty to the Israeli surgeon, having proved the decision that "doesn't contain in M. Zis's actions crime structure" as "he didn't know about lack of related communications between donors and recipients, and also wasn't obliged to warn donors about negative consequences of operations on organ transplantation".

As reported in Appellate court of Donetsk region, "this decision was cancelled in communication by that the resolution of Voroshilovsky regional court of October 30, 2007 about M. Zis's arrest for providing its extradition to Moldova didn't lose validity".
