According to the message, the meeting between FGI delegation headed by the chairman Valentina Semenyuk - Samsonenko and representatives of the government of Moscow took place on September 11.
"Within this working meeting initiated by officials of the Moscow government, questions of settlement of the property rights to sanatoria "Mellas", "Ponizovka", "May Day" and children's sanatorium of Shevchenko, located in the Crimea for which the Russian Federation" applies were considered, - is spoken in the message.
The Russian side proves the claims Ukraine - the Russian contract on mutual recognition of the rights and regulation of the relations of property of January 15, 1993.
In opinion Semenyuk - Samsonenko, the matters have to be considered by a subcommittee concerning property of committee on questions of economic cooperation Ukraine - the Russian commission which is headed by presidents of both states.
During a meeting of the party agreed that these controversial questions will be resolved by the authorities authorized on it only within the regulating property right on created during existence of the USSR objects.
As it was reported, in July, 2005 the prosecutor's office of the Crimea brought criminal case upon excess of office powers by officials of the Yalta Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies, having made the decision to transfer sanatorium "Mellas" of the city hall of Moscow.
According to prosecutor's office, the sanatorium "Mellas" is located in the territory of Forossky settlement council therefore competence of the Yalta City Council on it doesn't extend.
The prosecutor's office established that in 2001 the sanatorium "Mellas" totaled 25 real estate objects, however the executive committee of the Yalta City Council issued the property right of Department of the state and municipal property of Moscow to 45 objects.
