Yesterday the next meeting of Pechersky court of Kiev on criminal case concerning Nikolay Rudkovsky accused of waste of public funds in especially large sizes took place. Having taken the place in a hall, mister Rudkovsky addressed to the state accusers Alexander Lubin and Valentina Milostivoy. "Well, now you again two (madam Milostivaya passed the previous meetings, being in holiday), and you had to be prepared not bad so business will go quicker, isn't it?" - cheerfully asked ex-the minister.
Prosecutors managed a smile and right there went deep into studying of criminal case. The court clerk declared that on interrogation the witness, former vice-the prime minister, and nowadays the People's Deputy Andrey Klyuev wasn't. The judge Andrey Melnik put expediency of further hearing for discussion, however Nikolay Rudkovsky's representatives petitioned for interrogation as witnesses of the People's Deputy Valery Bondyk (Party of Regions), ex-the deputy director general of "Ukrzaliznytsi" Anatoly Chubinsky and the consul general of Ukraine in Sankt - Petersburg Nikolay Rudko (mister Rudko has to arrive to court on September 19). The petition was satisfied in full.
The first Valery Bondyk appeared before the court. Having switched the Vertu in a silent mode, he transferred to the judge the certificate of the People's Deputy and started giving evidences. Mister Bondyk reported that in June, 2007 when Nikolay Rudkovsky's trip to Belgium and France took place, he held a position of the first Deputy Minister of Justice. "I was aware of all affairs which were solved in the state, and personally heard how Andrey Klyuev gave to Nikolay Nikolaevich (Rudkovsky) an assignment to participate in an economic forum in Sankt - Petersburg and also to hold negotiations in Paris and Brussels".Andrey Klyuev's order had "very rigid character", and events on time were imposed one on another. "As to make it - there was Rudkovsky's problem. In Yanukovych's government level of executive discipline was very high. Any non-performance of tasks had serious disciplinary consequences", - mister Bondyk declared. Prosecutors diligently wrote down his words. From outside it seemed that these indications are for them surprise.
- Whether it is known to you, whether Rudkovsky about business trip to Paris and Brussels reported? - the prosecutor Lubin asked.
- I know that it precisely reported - either to Klyuev, or to Yanukovych, but I don't know details because I worked in other ministry, - the People's Deputy answered.
To the following evidences were given by Anatoly Chubinsky who together with Nikolay Rudkovsky participated in an economic forum in Sankt - Petersburg and left it on June 10, 2007 some hours prior to a departure to Paris. "We flied to Petersburg together by charter plane the Yak-40, - mister Chubinsky reported. - We asked the commander of crew, whether it is possible to depart directly on it to Paris, but he answered that it is impossible for technical reasons". According to the witness, being in Russia, Nikolay Rudkovsky asked the consul general of Ukraine Nikolay Rudko to get for it tickets to Paris from Sankt - Petersburg, however the diplomat answered that "planes aren't present".
Interrogation of witnesses lasted slightly more than two hours. Then in hearing declared a break till September 17.
