The Ministry of Internal Affairs is concerned increase in street crime in Ukraine connected with growth of unemployment. It was declared today by the head of department Yury Lutsenko on a press - conferences, the correspondent of RBC - Ukraine reports. According to the minister, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has statistics according to which, for example, in Mariupol to 20% of crimes - assaults, robberies and thefts - it is made by employees of the metallurgical enterprises, or dismissed from a work place, or sent on unpaid leave. "To tell that this tendency will decrease, I can't", - the minister noted.
Due to the increase in quantity of committed crimes, Yu.Lutsenko urged the population not to store monetary savings of the house. "The banking system at all its shortcomings is everything - more reliable way", - the minister noted.
