In Ukraine there is no emergency rise in crime - Yury Lutsenko

Emergency rise in crime in Ukraine isn't recorded, the Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko declared.

He made such statement in a course a press - conferences in Odessa.

"Yes, it is valid, we fix rise in crime, however not so is only 5-6%, and it can't be considered as an emergency situation in the country", - Yury Lutsenko declared.

According to him, in other countries of Europe the situation is much worse, and in Ukraine militiamen while manage to keep tranquillity. At the same time he noted that in Donetsk the crime increased by 10%: "the streets walked with firearms". Yury Lutsenko emphasized that at present in Donetsk the quantity of patrols and a situation is already increased is under control.

"If the Verkhovna Rada allocated though any funds for fight against crime, maybe, would be more quietly. But anything, we will get out", - the minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized.
