The Prosecutor General's Office fulfills the version about possible death of the former chairman of the Lvov appellate administrative court put on the international wanted list Igor Zvarycha.
The deputy general prosecutor Renat Kuzmin told about it in interview to the Segodnya newspaper.
"The version is put forward that it already isn't present in this world. Someone could decide that it is better to offer one, already lit, than to see all company on a dock. So this version too is checked", - Kuzmin told.
According to him, more than 10 judges of the same Lvov appeal админсуда are persons involved in criminal case about bribery.
"They while from positions aren't detached because the main character in search", - Kuzmin noted.
He emphasized that indications of the main person involved in criminal case are necessary for accountability of judges suspected of bribery - Zvarycha.
We will remind, Kuzmin doubts that law enforcement agencies will manage to find Zvarycha.
Before Zvarych I appealed to court with the requirement to recognize illegal the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada on his arrest.
On December 18 Rada dismissed Zvarycha from a position of the judge and allowed to arrest him.
The State Office of Public Prosecutor brought criminal case against Zvarycha on suspicion in receiving 100 thousand dollars of a bribe for acceptance by court of an illegal decision.
During carrying out a search in a residence and in an office office ex-judges were found and withdrawn the large sums of cash in national and foreign currency.
According to SBU Management in the Lvov area, searches were carried out in an office of Zvarycha and six more judges, and also in the apartment Zvarycha.
1 million dollars and 2 million hryvnias were thus found.
