The prime minister - the minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko assures that the state budget for January, 2009 is executed for 106%. She declared it, opening meeting of Cabinet of Ministers, the correspondent of RBC - Ukraine reports.
"We executed the budget for 106%, the pension fund for January is exceeded for 22%. We also pay off on all the obligation and we do it in time. The income of the state budget as a whole, considering the general and special funds, are exceeded. And we as the government, we will continue such quality of work in rather hard time", - she noted.
Thus the prime minister - the minister reported about increase in receipts in the state budget from customs. "It is very pleasant that the customs earned, and daily increases receipts. And in - the second, yesterday at customs detained illicit goods for the sum of 4,5 million dollars cash, and this money cash arrived at once in the budget … I hope that the new management of customs will successfully work" further, - she told.
Earlier the prime minister - the minister already declared that the state budget income for January, 2009 is completely executed. However the State treasury called a little smaller figure of an overfulfillment of the plan - 101% that in a money equivalent makes 12,2 billion UAH of the budgetary receipts.
In turn the Secretariat of the president declared that 31,3% of the income of the general fund of the state budget were provided in the last payday of January. This day in the general fund arrived over 2,8 billion UAH, generally at the expense of the VAT and thanks to excess of the budget income over National Bank expenses (1 billion UAH). In the Secretariat noted that I had to transfer these funds of NBU in March.
We will remind, on January 30 in the address to the people the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko demanded from the government and parliament immediately to make changes to the state budget for 2009. Thus the head of state called the existing main financial document of the country "castle in the air" and expressed fear that its performance can turn back a social disaster. In reply the prime minister - the minister called this statement "hysterical", having reported that the government doesn't plan to revise the state budget within half a year.
