The Organized Crime Control Department once again detained armed "thief in law" known as Prinze

In Zaporozhye employees the Organized Crime Control Department detained and disarmed influential «thief in law» known as Prinze. About it reported in a press - service of Head department on fight against organized crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

So, during a personal search at «the crowned thief» withdrew the charged gun «TT» with erased serial numbers. The weapon already directed on examination. Also at Prinze found powdery substance - whether it is narcotic, experts also will establish.

It is noted that «crowned» in 1990 «Prince» repeatedly I served sentence for commission of serious crimes in the territory of Georgia and the Russian Federation. It was brought to trial and in Ukraine in a drug trafficking. 

After release from places of imprisonment «thief in law» again I came into the view of militiamen. In the summer of this year in the car on which it moved, The Organized Crime Control Department withdrew baseball bat, sawn-off shotgun of the fowling piece, the gun with cartridges and cocaine. On these facts the criminal proceedings under articles 263 and 309 of the Criminal code of Ukraine which is now considered in the Kiev district court of Simferopol are begun. 

We will remind, in November, 2009 in Nikolaev the Organized Crime Control Department and the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia already  detained  39- summer Georgian «thief in law» Paat Chkhartishvili who is better known in criminal circles by nickname Prinze. Then, at personal inspection at Chkhartishvili who was in a condition of drug intoxication, heroin was withdrawn. Then, the judge of Lenin district court of the city of Nikolaev Kruty made the decision  to release on freedom  Georgian «thief in law». To be released it had to pay a penalty of 1200 UAH
