The appellate court of the Kharkov area cancelled a sentence of Chervonozavodsky district court of Kharkov concerning the former security guard People's Deputy Evgeny Kushnarev Igor Budarny and the fireworker Vladimir Primak accused of the organization of explosion near office of the Kharkov regional office of Party of Regions.
As Igor Budarny's spouse Natalya reported, the Appellate court of the Kharkov area satisfied the complaint of lawyers condemned and directed business on supplementary examination in investigative department of General Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkov area. "The court considered that their fault (Budarnogo and Primak) isn't proved. Also their participation in the explosion organization" isn't proved, - it specified. At the same time Appellate court changed a measure of restraint for Igor Budarny and Vladimir Primak and released them on recognizance in a court hall.
We will remind, explosion near office of regional office of PR located in the center of Kharkov, I occurred on March 21, 2006. As a result of incident nobody suffered, however at this time the building left the candidate in People's Deputies Evgeny Kushnarev. Suspects - Igor Budarny and Vladimir Primak - detained in the fall of 2007.
According to the investigators, Igor Budarny organized explosion, and Vladimir Primak made the explosive device. Charge on h was brought to them. 4 Art. 296 ("the hooliganism made with application of a fire or cold weapon, other subject intended for infliction of bodily injury") and p.1 Art. 263 ("illegal storage, carrying, acquisition, production, transfer and sale of firearms, ammunition, explosive devices") the Criminal code.
Charge on p.1 and also was brought h to Igor Budarnom. 2 Art. 358 of UK ("forgery and their use") which was removed in connection with lapse of time later. On April 17, 2008 the Chervonozavodsky district court of Kharkov found Igor Budarny and Vladimir Primak guilty under two articles and sentenced them to six and three years of imprisonment respectively.
