We will remind, earlier it was reported that on the night of May 11 from the Odessa military unit three ran away lance sergeants, one inhabitant of Donetsk region and two inhabitants of Odessa region. Towards Nikolaev they went in civil clothes, they have with themselves three machine guns and about 800 cartridges. In Dofinovk's village they selected the mentioned car, but later the car at the taxi driver found thrown.
On the same day the Odessa prosecutor's office on supervision of observance of laws in the military sphere of the Southern region of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings on signs of the crime provided by h. 2 Art. 408 of UK of Ukraine.
After detention to malefactors it is reported about suspicion in commission of offenses on h. 2 Art. 408 of UK of Ukraine (desertion with the weapon), h. 2 Art. 289 of UK of Ukraine (an illegal taking the vehicle on preliminary arrangement by a group of persons), h. 2 Art. 187 of UK of Ukraine (the robbery made by a group of persons).
Issues of election of a measure of restraint in the form of detention are resolved.
