The ex-the president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych, though is in exile abroad, but keeps influence on internal processes in Ukraine. The actual absence doesn't prevent the former president to work through the authorized representatives.

- Yanukovych has many authorized representatives who continue to execute his commands.
